  • 1/2 cup cooked mixed grains (eg. rice, quinoa, bulgar etc)
  • 1/2 bunch broccolini, steamed
  • 1/2 cooked sweet potato, cubed
  • 1 carrot, shredded
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 18.5g Original Salted Green Pea Harvest Snaps
  • 18.5g Original Salted Black Bean Harvest Snaps
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 tbsp beetroot dip
  • 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
  1. Place mixed grains into a serving bowl.
  2. Arrange remaining ingredients on top and serve.
