Buddha Bowl with Salted Green Pea and Black Bean
- 1/2 cup cooked mixed grains (eg. rice, quinoa, bulgar etc)
- 1/2 bunch broccolini, steamed
- 1/2 cooked sweet potato, cubed
- 1 carrot, shredded
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- 18.5g Original Salted Green Pea Harvest Snaps
- 18.5g Original Salted Black Bean Harvest Snaps
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 tbsp beetroot dip
- 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
- Place mixed grains into a serving bowl.
- Arrange remaining ingredients on top and serve.
