Chilli and Lime Vegetarian Pizza
- 1 store-bought pizza base2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup white mushroom, sliced
- 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 red onion, sliced
- 1/2 bag Chilli & Lime Black Bean Harvest Snaps
- Preheat oven to 200°C and line a pizza or baking tray with baking paper.
- Cut pizza base into a heart shape.
- Layer tomato paste, cheese, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes and red onion on to the pizza base.
- Cook for 15 to 20 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Top with Harvest Snaps and serve hot.
