Chilli and Lime Vegetarian Pizza

  • 1 store-bought pizza base2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup white mushroom, sliced
  • 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 red onion, sliced
  • 1/2 bag Chilli & Lime Black Bean Harvest Snaps

 

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C and line a pizza or baking tray with baking paper.
  2. Cut pizza base into a heart shape.
  3. Layer tomato paste, cheese, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes and red onion on to the pizza base.
  4. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.
  5. Top with Harvest Snaps and serve hot.
