Green Crunchy Pasta Salad
- 3 cups cooked fusilli pasta
- 1 bag Sour Cream and Chives Black Bean Harvest Snaps
- 4 tbsp pesto
- 1 cup spinach
- 1/4 cup asparagus, chopped
- 1/2 cup peas
- 2 tbsp green onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp pine nuts
- 2 tbsp parmesan
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- In a large mixing bowl, mix together all ingredients except the burrata.
- Serve pasta topped with burrata.
