  • 3 cups cooked fusilli pasta
  • 1 bag Sour Cream and Chives Black Bean Harvest Snaps
  • 4 tbsp pesto
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/4 cup asparagus, chopped
  • 1/2 cup peas
  • 2 tbsp green onion, sliced
  • 2 tbsp pine nuts
  • 2 tbsp parmesan
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  1. In a large mixing bowl, mix together all ingredients except the burrata.
  2. Serve pasta topped with burrata.
