Original Salted Crumbed Chicken

  • 4 chicken breast
  • 1 bag Original Salted Green Pea Harvest Snaps
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  1. Preheat oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
  2. Place Harvest Snaps into a zip lock bag and crush Harvest Snaps into fine pieces. Pour contents into a medium shallow bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl. whisk together eggs and milk until well combined.
  4. Coat each chicken breast in egg mixture then Harvest Snap crumb. Place chicken onto lined baking tray and cook for 35 minutes.
  5. Enjoy with dip or a grain salad.
