Original Salted Crumbed Chicken
- 4 chicken breast
- 1 bag Original Salted Green Pea Harvest Snaps
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- Preheat oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Place Harvest Snaps into a zip lock bag and crush Harvest Snaps into fine pieces. Pour contents into a medium shallow bowl.
- In a separate bowl. whisk together eggs and milk until well combined.
- Coat each chicken breast in egg mixture then Harvest Snap crumb. Place chicken onto lined baking tray and cook for 35 minutes.
- Enjoy with dip or a grain salad.
