TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.PROMOTER
The Promoter is Calbee Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 99 615 031 126), Level 2, 6 Bond Street, South Yarra VIC 3141 (“ Promoter”).
- WHO MAY ENTER
Entry is open only to individuals who are physically present at the sampling event on Wednesday 19 November 2025, between 11:00 am and 2:00 pm (“Event Period”)
Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
- CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
By participating in the promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who does not comply with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process.
- LIMITATIONS ON ENTRY
Each participant may draw from the competition box once only during the Event Period. Multiple entries are not permitted
- COMPETITION TYPE & ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
This promotion is a game of chance. To enter, participants must:
- Scan the QR code displayed at the activation; and
- Complete and submit the online entry form with their contact details.

Once the entry form has been successfully submitted, the entrant will be automatically placed into the draw to win the prize specified below.
- WINNER DETERMINATION & PRIZE INFORMATION
One winner will be randomly drawn from all valid entries at 5pm on the day of the Event. The winner will receive:
- One (1) Official Melbourne Football Club 2025 Signed Football, and
- One (1) Official Sherrin Casing.
- Approximately $450.00
The winner will be contacted by the Promoter by end of day Wednesday 19 November 2025. The winner must respond to the Promoter’s notification within three (3) business days to claim the prize.
If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, the prize will be deemed unclaimed and a new winner will be drawn. This process will continue until a valid winner claims the prize.
Prizes must be accepted as awarded and are not transferable, exchangeable, redeemable for cash or available for resale.
- USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
Entrants’ contact details will be used only for the purpose of administering this giveaway, including contacting and verifying the winner. Personal information will not be retained, shared or used for marketing purposes.
- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter makes no representations or warranties regarding the quality, suitability or merchantability of any prize.
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded under Australian consumer law, the Promoter and its officers, employees and agents are not liable for any loss, damage (including personal injury), claim or expense suffered by any person arising out of or in connection with the promotion or any prize.
Where liability cannot be excluded, the Promoter’s liability is limited, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to the replacement of the prize or the supply of an equivalent prize.

- CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
By participating in the promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

- COMPETITION TYPE & ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
This promotion is a lucky draw.
During the Event Period, participants will be invited to select one (1) card from the competition box. Four card types may be drawn:
(1)“Congratulations you have won prize A!”,
(2) “Congratulations you have won prize B!”
(3) “Congratulations you have won prize C!”,
(4) “Sorry better luck next time”
- WINNER DETERMINATION & PRIZE INFORMATION
Participants who draw cards (1), (2) or (3) will win the corresponding prize as displayed at the event. Prizes include:
Prize A: Harvest Snaps Pen (Approx. value $3.50)
Prize B: Harvest Snaps clip (Approx. value $1.50)
Prize C: Harvest Snaps Notebook (Approx. value $10)
Participants who draw card (4) are not eligible for a prize.
Prizes must be accepted as awarded and are not transferable, exchangeable, redeemable for cash or available for resale.
Prizes will be distributed while stocks last or until the conclusion of the Event Period, whichever occurs first.
The total prize pool value is approximately $500 AUD.
- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter makes no representations or warranties regarding the quality, suitability or merchantability of any prize.
