HARVEST SNAPS SNACK MIX PR GIVEAWAY

PROMOTER
Calbee Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 99 615 031 126), Level 2, 6 Bond Street, South Yarra VIC 3141 (“Promoter”).
PROMOTION
The Harvest Snaps Snack Mix PR Giveaway (“Promotion”) is conducted by the Promoter via the official Harvest Snaps Instagram account (@harvestsnapsanz).
PROMOTION PERIOD
The Promotion commences at 5:00pm AEST on Sunday 7 June 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on Sunday 14 June 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
WHO MAY ENTER
Entry is open to residents across Australia aged 18 years only at the time of entry and prize fulfilment.
Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
HOW TO ENTER
To enter, eligible entrants must during the Promotion Period:
- Follow the official Harvest Snaps Instagram account (@harvestsnapsanz); and
- Tag one (1) friend in the comments of the official giveaway post who you are looking forward to snacking or sharing the Harvest Snaps Snack Mix PR products with.
Multiple entries are permitted, provided each entry tags one different friend.
Incomplete, indecipherable or inappropriate entries will be deemed invalid at the Promoter’s discretion.
PRIZE DETAILS
There will be one (1) winner in total.
The winner will receive two (2) official Harvest Snaps Snack Mix PR box and products.
The total recommended and approximate retail value of each prize is AUD $50.00.
Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a product of equal or greater value if necessary.
WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION
One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period.
The draw will take place at the Promoter’s office located at Level 2, 6 Bond Street, South Yarra VIC 3141 on Monday, 15 June 2026 at 10:00am AEST.
Winners will be notified via Instagram Direct Message from the official Harvest Snaps Instagram account by 5:00pm AEST on Monday, 15 June 2026.
Winners will only be contacted via the official @harvestsnapsanz Instagram account. Entrants should ignore messages from unofficial or fraudulent accounts.
If a prize remains unclaimed after seven (7) days, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw to award the prize to another valid entrant.
DELIVERY
Prizes will only be delivered to addresses within Australia.
Winners must provide a valid Australian delivery address for prize fulfilment.
The Promoter is not responsible for delays, loss or damage occurring during delivery.
SOCIAL MEDIA DISCLAIMER
This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta.
By entering this Promotion, entrants completely release Instagram from any and all liability associated with this Promotion.
USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
Personal information collected as part of this Promotion will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Promotion, including contacting winners and arranging prize delivery, and will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy obligations.
PROMOTER RIGHTS
The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and entrants, and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms & Conditions.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the Promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered in connection with this Promotion or acceptance/use of any prize.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
