Green Goddess Pasta by @naturalspoonfuls

  • 250g Pasta – spaghetti
  • 1/3 cup Peas
  • 1⁄4 cup Goats Cheese,
  • Harvest Snaps – Tasty Toppers (Garlic & Rosemary)

 

For pesto:

  • 1 cup Basil
  • 1 Garlic Clove
  • 1⁄2 Avocado
  • 1⁄4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Pine Nuts
  • 2 tsp Lime juice
  • Cook pasta as per packet instructions. Add peas to water two minutes prior to pasta cooking time finishing.
  • Using a food processor, blend all pesto ingredients into a smooth consistency.
  • Top cooked pasta with pesto, peas, goats cheese and toppers.
