Green Goddess Pasta by @naturalspoonfuls
- 250g Pasta – spaghetti
- 1/3 cup Peas
- 1⁄4 cup Goats Cheese,
- Harvest Snaps – Tasty Toppers (Garlic & Rosemary)
For pesto:
- 1 cup Basil
- 1 Garlic Clove
- 1⁄2 Avocado
- 1⁄4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Pine Nuts
- 2 tsp Lime juice
- Cook pasta as per packet instructions. Add peas to water two minutes prior to pasta cooking time finishing.
- Using a food processor, blend all pesto ingredients into a smooth consistency.
- Top cooked pasta with pesto, peas, goats cheese and toppers.
