Sesame Edamame & Soba Salad by @naturalspoonfuls

  • 200g Soba Noodles
  • 2 Spring Onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 Carrot, julienned
  • 1 Cucumber, peeled into ribbons
  • 1⁄2 cup Edamame Beans
  • 1⁄2 Chilli, thinly sliced
  • 2 tsp Sesame Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 Lime, juiced
  • Harvest Snaps – Tasty Toppers (Chilli & Lime)
  1. Cook soba noodles as per packet instructions and set aside.
  2. Add all remaining ingredients to cooked soba noodles and stir though until combined.
  3. Top with Chilli & Lime Tasty Toppers.
