Sesame Edamame & Soba Salad by @naturalspoonfuls
- 200g Soba Noodles
- 2 Spring Onions, thinly sliced
- 1 Carrot, julienned
- 1 Cucumber, peeled into ribbons
- 1⁄2 cup Edamame Beans
- 1⁄2 Chilli, thinly sliced
- 2 tsp Sesame Seeds
- 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 1 Lime, juiced
- Harvest Snaps – Tasty Toppers (Chilli & Lime)
- Cook soba noodles as per packet instructions and set aside.
- Add all remaining ingredients to cooked soba noodles and stir though until combined.
- Top with Chilli & Lime Tasty Toppers.
